    i would offer that investors can always sell an income stream from an asset…all the work except selling your unused free nights to a travel agent is done by the hotel operator…even if u NEVER plan to visit the philippines, the deal makes sense for those who are suitable…..

    These are condotels not condos! and who would want to sell a condotel when your making 24% return on your money? Know the facts before you post!

    philipine its easy to buy
    philipine condo price goes up yes true
    but! after u buy the condo but its hard to sell it,
    ur buyers are limit it of people in ph.
